I have heard a lot about this book and had it in my wishlist for next year. When I walked in this morning the principal and secretary said a book arrived that was really beautiful as part of my math and science subscription. Yeah!!! It is very simple text showing spirals in nature and how they are valuable. The illustrations fit very well and are beautiful. Another Caldecott or Caldecott Honor for Beth Krommes? Maybe :)
